Super easy install and set up! I was looking at another product before I found SMARTWINGS and I couldn’t be happier. The ordering experience was very easy. I called ahead and inquired about the fabric samples and was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff member. I recommend ordering the samples before placing your order so you can see and feel the differences in your space with your lighting and furniture.
I called for tech support and got helped again but wouldn’t have had to do that at all if I actually read the details on the website regarding the version requirements for the Alexa motors and the instructions that came with the blinds. I was surprised when my call went to voicemail and then elated to get a call back within less than a minute. I didn’t even leave a message thinking I’d just call back.
I plan to order more as soon as I recover from my initial purchase. These are not an inexpensive luxury but so far they are worth every penny and competitively priced.

We have been installing these automated blinds around our house for a few months now and each has worked very well. We installed the latest one in our living room window - the installation was quick and easy and we were able to integrate it into our SmartThings home automation system and get it on our automation scheduled right away!!

I randomly came across these on YouTube as an affordable option for smart blinds. Rolled the dice and am super happy with the purchase! I’ve only had them a couple of weeks so I will update later but they are fairly quiet, install was straightforward (pro tip- make a pilot hole when installing fasteners), delivered quickly, and Rachelle from customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product. Highly recommend!

We love our new SmartSwing windows blinds - we installed 3 blinds to cover the large master bedroom window and love being able to control all three with a single remote in addition to connecting the shades to our SmartThings smart home network!!

Great blinds. Super easy install. Will definitely buy again. The learning curve is about a 4.5 out of 10 to really get acquainted with how the blinds work and setting them up with HomeKit, so not too hard but not 100% super easy either. I had to reset one of my blinds for it to work with HomeKit, figuring out what the problem was took me an additional 10 minutes. But, After you get them up and running, it’s pretty much smooth sailing after that.

I love these blinds, great material. Smart design. Easy to install. Versatile. The mechanism works great. I can't love this product enough. The fact that its integrated with alexa/google makes it more appealing. Fast shipping , packages are exceptional. I am pretty happy with the quality of the product, the fit, and how it works. I have been using it now for a few weeks and have no problems to report. It affords complete privacy. I’m very impressed!

i love them so much!! i bought the apple homekit version, and it works so smoothly with apple homekit. the only issue i have is that the remote that came with the blinds, the spring in the back is messed up so i can’t put batteries in it. not a big deal because i use the homekit accessory to raise and lower the blinds. other than that i would definitely purchase them again!

Even though it took a while for delivery (it was coming a ways) it arrived safe and sound. Installation was a breeze and it works phenomenally. We got the simple remote because we only got one blind. It is in a living room where we watch television and the sun sets through the window... the blackout is superb! Well done.

I absolutely LOVE these blinds!!! I requested fabric samples before ordering and Smartwings was responsive and sent them very quickly. I was a bit hesitant to order with the limited information and reviews but I'm so glad I did! I did lots of comparison shopping and this was the best deal with the best features. I ordered the blackouts for my living room and a very high, unreachable window in our stairwell. During the ordering process, it's a bit unsettling because the payment site is in Chinese which made me concerned about fraud, but I paid via Pay Pal for extra reassurance and there were no issues. I received a notification that my order was shipping from mainland China about two weeks following placing the order and I said to myself "well, that means they'll be here in another 6-8 weeks." I was pleasantly surprised to be very wrong. They arrived the following week - about 3 weeks total from placement of my order. Coincidently, I ordered other blinds for my home on the very same day from blinds.com and those blinds arrived 3 weeks after the Smartwings. One small surprise after struggling to pair the blinds with Alexa for about half an hour was that they blinds were incompatible with my Echo device. I didn't realize it needed the integrated Zigbee hub so I had to upgrade my Echo to the latest/greatest version. Once I got that taken care of, it was fairly straightforward to pair them and set up the voice routines in Alexa. Now my blinds are open when go downstairs in the morning, which is really nice, and I can close them from the comfort of my sofa whenever I want. Excellent product and I would buy them again for sure!

I bought these shades for my beach house to block out the sun in my family room in 2 windows that reflected on my TV.These were easy to install and great. These look so good, a good price, easy to move up and down, I am very happy with this product.

These blinds are definitely a game changer for my window set-up. It is so, for the versatility of it being able to be used for room darkening and on the flip side open-up to the natural light by the click of a button. The sleek look and the ease of operation makes it worth the investment.

If you are debating on this product, I'd say get it!
We are very happy with the product & overall experience. I was nervous about the color since I could only view on screen, but it's perfect.
The seller is also great to work with & responds super fast. We got our item much faster than anticipated which was perfect.
The customization is absolutely perfect! & doesn't have too much gapping on the sides.
We installed it the "opposite way you should put a toilet paper roll on" lol bc of the way our desk butts up to our window, but you can hang it either way which is nice.
We also needed a small extension cord for charging bc our outlet was a little too far away for the plug, but that isn't anything that faults the product itself bc that will vary with every room. Just a callout if you don't already have a spare extension cord hanging around.
We were also happy that it stops before it rolls all the way up, that was a happy surprise especially if guest are in that room there isn't the risk of damaging the blind.
